When you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount, including any paid shipping costs. If you return part of your order, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded to your account. Only the costs for returning are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the rates. Always wrap the product, this can also be done in a (plastic) bag. I advise you to return your parcel with a track & trace code.
