+ What is your return policy?
Don't worry, I offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing Volka.

When you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount, including any paid shipping costs. If you return part of your order, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded to your account. Only the costs for returning are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the rates. Always wrap the product, this can also be done in a (plastic) bag. I advise you to return your parcel with a track & trace code.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to Volka. To exercise this right, please contact me. I will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
